Product Guarantee
Regency Office Furniture warrants certain components of its chair(s)/case goods to be free of defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase as follows: non-moving metal components for 5 years. Swivel and tilt mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, casters, base, and all wood and plastic components for 5 years. Upholstery materials for 2 years. All chairs maximum capacity, 250 lbs. unless otherwise specified. Products meet ANSI-BIFMA standards.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to properly maintain the chair, improper cleaning, abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, or shipping. Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishing during use. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear.
The purchaser is responsible for any initial minor assembly, cleaning and lubricating the chair, inspection to be certain that the hardware is securely fastened, and that there are no loose or missing parts, cracks, broken welds, or general instability. Chairs that are damaged or appear unsafe should be removed from service.
If any chair component proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, Regency Office Furniture will provide replacement parts or replace the chair at its option; if the model you purchased is no longer available, Regency Office Furniture may replace it with a similar model as determined by Regency Office Furniture. Please contact the Regency Office Furniture's Customer Service department at (330) 848-3700 to allow the Regency Office Furniture to preliminarily determine if the chair might have a defect in materials or workmanship, in which event authorization will be given to return the chair. In order to be eligible for replacement, you must receive prior return authorization and then return the chair, prepaid, with the original sales receipt (or other proof of purchase) and your contact information. REGENCY OFFICE FURNITURE DOES NOT REIMBURSE DEALERS FOR LABOR. (In no event will Regency Office Furniture be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury to person or property resulting from the manufacture, sale and/or use of the chair.)
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and is valid strictly for as long as the product is owned by the original customer.
