I have had this same chair for 4 years and absolutely love it. When it came time for my husband to replace his wobbly office chair, he didn't hesitate to order this bungie chair. It is firm, but comfortable and makes sitting for hours more doable. I wouldn't change a thing!

I use them at our animal shelter because they do not collect hair, etc. They are awesome as long as you do not spend all day in them. Also, you must sit completely in them; if you sit on the front edge of them, you'll get stripes of pressure points on your rear. Could use a little more lumbar support since the bungees have equal tension all the way up the back. Overall, I really like the chair.
