I was looking for a cabinet to organize my files at home. I didn't want to go with the metal filing cabinets, because they look ugly in home setting. I wanted something that matched my other black furniture, and at the price point this product was a no-brainer. [...]The hanging file system is implemented by simple two rods being placed along the top of the drawers on each side. That means block follower is not an option (and consequently I wouldn't recommend this filing cabinet, if you are going to store regular manila folders in it).

The assembly instructions are incorrect. States 18 pcs of #3 camlocks are needed, when actually, if you read the instructions fully, 21 pcs are needed. Left e-mails with a gentlemen by the name of Gerald, and he told me the manufacturer said the #17 camlocks will fit where the #3's do. Incorrect!! Too big for the holes. Manufacturer stated they will revise the instructions, this does not help me right now! By following the instructions, I am left with a partially assembled cabinet. Left a couple e-mails demanding more #3 camlocks, have not received an answer.
